Digital Security is looking for two part-time Central Station Operators.
 

Description:
Answers incoming calls to the monitoring station. Responds to alarm notifications from monitored customers by calling customers or appropriate first responders. Updates customer files with new contact information, away dates, and alarm notifications.


Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone customer service skills - you must speak clearly and professionally and be a good listener.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Be a DEPENDABLE and RESPONSIBLE individual.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Must pass a background check (a background check is required).
  • Work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Position 1

Scheduled 29 hours weekly:

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 6pm - 11pm
  • Saturday, Sunday - 4pm - 11pm

Position 2

Scheduled 28 hours weekly:

  • Monday, Tuesday - 6pm - 11pm
  • Saturday, Sunday - 7am - 4pm
